I'm Daniela Lohse - the founder of Dandela Consulting LLC - and a strategic advisor, facilitator, and problem-solver dedicated to helping teams move from complexity to clarity, and from insight to action.

With more than 25 years of experience in strategy, innovation, and operational leadership—primarily in the insurance and financial services space—I partner with organizations to make sense of challenges, uncover opportunities, and build practical paths forward.

I hold an MBA from the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business and a JD from St. John’s University School of Law. I continue to invest in my craft through ongoing training in facilitation, innovation, and human-centered design.

Why "Dandela"?
My name is Daniela—that’s how colleagues, clients, and friends know me. But years ago, my niece adorably mispronounced my name as “Dandela” - and it stuck. Now it’s how I'm known to my nieces and nephews and it’s become a special part of my identity.
When I launched my consulting practice, I chose the name Dandela Consulting as a nod to that playful, human side - and to reflect the collaborative spirit I bring to my work. Much like in family, the best outcomes come from working through challenges together.
